You can go back to the template and make the necessary changes and alterations. It is always good to make a backup copy in case you happen to make any mistake or delete the file. Take a print out of the changed template and see if it meets your requirements and is in the proper format. You can repeat the step if you still want to make further changes. After you save the new template create a backup copy on a hard drive and removable media like CD or pen drive. In this case you will be able to secure your data in case it gets lost or deleted.
