You can always resize your font in terms of headlines, text or captions or illustrations. You can also use bold and italics if required.

Be careful about the spacing. It is better to set one inch margins on each side. Normally the newsletters use the same type of alignment as found in the newspaper articles. However, one can definitely make alterations according to his taste and requirements. You can distribute your newsletter into different sections with the help of text boxes. You can select the “page layout” option which is on the top of the screen and then select columns. You can select the columns of any size.

You need to save the document as a word template and can open it each time you want to create a new issue of the newsletter. Make sure that you save it under a different file name every time. You can also print the newsletters if you want. If you want to print it without any boundaries then choose the ‘format tab’ in the text box tools and click on ‘no outline’.
